Terms of Service

Implementation draft dated 6 September 2026. Final commercial/legal review is outstanding before public launch.

Using CueDocs

Twin Origin Ltd provides CueDocs to process supplier invoices into reviewed structured data. You must be authorised to act for your business, protect your account and upload only documents you are entitled to process. You retain rights to your documents. We use them to provide and secure the service.

Review and accuracy

Extraction can be incomplete or incorrect. Compare results with the original, correct errors and validate before export. CueDocs does not provide accounting or tax advice and an export does not post data into another system. We do not guarantee perfect extraction or uninterrupted availability.

Trial and monthly subscriptions

The no-card trial ends after 14 days or 20 documents, whichever comes first. Starter is £9.99/month for 50 documents and 100 pages; Standard £24.99/month for 250 documents and 500 pages; Business £59.99/month for 1,000 documents and 2,000 pages. No VAT is charged: Twin Origin Ltd is not VAT-registered. Native PDFs count. A document counts when reading begins; later processing failures can consume allowance. Retrying the same stored document does not count twice. New processing stops at either limit. There is no rollover or overage billing.

Management and cancellation

Stripe handles recurring payments and the customer billing portal. Manage payment methods, payment history and cancellation in Plan and billing. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period. Upgrades increase allowance without clearing usage; downgrades take effect next billing period. A failed renewal has a three-day payment-recovery window using the remaining previous allowance. After entitlement ends, new processing stops; invoices are not automatically deleted.

Support and rights

Contact support@cuedocs.co.uk about service problems, disputed charges, refunds or cancellation difficulties. Nothing in these terms removes applicable statutory rights. Final refund, consumer cancellation and liability provisions require legal review. Export what you need before requesting deletion; retention is explained in the Privacy Policy.
