Service storage

CueDocs uses browser storage for sign-in, security, interface preferences and retrying acknowledgements of completed exports and batch starts. We also record workspace milestones, processing usage and subscription changes to operate and diagnose the service, regardless of the optional analytics choice. These records contain identifiers and event names, not invoice contents or line items. Stripe may use its own technologies during checkout and in its portal.

Optional analytics

If you allow analytics, we record home/pricing page visits and a limited source/campaign label. The original campaign is remembered in this browser for up to 30 days and can be associated with your workspace to measure conversions. This browser limit does not automatically delete event records already saved on our server; their retention schedule requires final review before public launch. We do not collect invoice contents, supplier details, extracted line items or documents in analytics. Rejecting analytics does not block the product. You can change this preference below.
