How can I convert invoices to Excel?

  1. Upload your invoice

    Create an account or sign in, then choose a PDF, PNG or JPEG. Use one invoice per file. Paid plans also let you select multiple invoice files for a batch.

  2. Review extracted information

    Check the on-screen invoice details and line items. CueDocs highlights missing information and inconsistencies; check important values against the original before using them.

  3. Export the result

    Choose Download Excel for an XLSX workbook with Documents and Lines sheets. CSV, JSON and XML are also available for single invoices. Paid batches combine results into one Excel or CSV file.

PDF invoices, scans and invoice images

You can upload a digital PDF, a scanned invoice saved as a PDF, or a PNG or JPEG invoice image. Keep the full page visible and text legible; blurred photos or unreadable scans may produce incomplete results.

Each file can be up to 10 MiB, with up to 10 pages per PDF and 200 invoice lines. Your plan’s remaining page and document allowance also applies. Password-protected or unreadable PDFs cannot be processed.

Convert a batch into one spreadsheet

If you regularly handle several invoices, paid batch processing avoids downloading a separate spreadsheet for each one. Combine completed invoices in one workbook, keeping document details and line items linked. Files that fail are reported separately.
