Upload. Check. Export.
Upload a supplier invoice, confirm its supplier, and compare the extracted fields and lines with the original. Correct errors, check the totals, then export usable CSV, JSON or XML.
New suppliers can be created inside the review screen. Confirm the suggested name and identifiers before saving. Templates remember a supplier’s layout; they are optional for a manually reviewed invoice.
Supported files
One invoice per PDF, PNG or JPEG file. Maximum 10 MiB and 10 PDF pages. Scans, images and mixed PDFs: maximum 4 MB and 2 pages for Azure OCR. Up to 200 invoice lines; decimal-point amounts only.
Accuracy depends on the document. Unclear, incomplete or unsupported files need review or fail clearly. We do not promise every invoice layout will be read correctly.
CueDocs does not keep accounts, file tax returns, watch desktop folders or automatically import exports into another product.
Before running a batch, save each supplier’s VAT number and/or company registration number in Suppliers, using the number printed on its invoices, and activate its tested template. A saved template alone does not identify the supplier. Unrecognised or conflicting suppliers need manual confirmation before their template can be applied.
Create two folders somewhere convenient on your computer:
- Input — invoices to process
- Put your PDF, PNG or JPEG invoices here, one invoice per file. For example, CueDocs/Input.
- Output — finished files
- Choose this folder for your exports, or unpack the downloaded ZIP here. For example, CueDocs/Output.
- Select your Input folder and allow the browser to read the chosen files.
- Choose CSV, JSON or XML. Select an Output folder and grant write access if your browser supports it.
- Start the batch and keep this tab open. Check the results for invoices needing review.
- If you did not select an Output folder, click Download ZIP package when it is ready, then unpack it.
Exports contains the completed files. Processed and Failed contain copies of the originals; Logs explains the results. Your Input files stay where they are. Only the files you select are processed: CueDocs does not watch your folders.
